By chemically reacting with oxygen and converting rust into a stable magnetite film, it provides a high level of protection against corrosion without adding to the conductivity of the boiler water.<\/p>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"8\" \/>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"APPLICATIONS\"><\/span><b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">APPLICATIONS<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Used in all types of boiler systems, especially high-pressure units. It is effective for continuous feed-water treatment, as well as for the long-term preservation of boilers during out-of-service periods.
