DESCRIPTION

LIQUID COAGULANT is a viscous aqueous solution consisting of a high molecular weight synthetic organic polymer. It is specifically designed to manage oil contamination and sludge within boiler systems. By coagulating these impurities into a non-adherent form, it ensures they remain mobile in the water and can be easily removed through the boiler’s standard blow-down procedure.

APPLICATIONS

Primarily used as a sludge conditioner to maintain clean heat transfer surfaces. In the event of minor oil contamination, LIQUID COAGULANT effectively gathers oil droplets for removal. Note: If oil contamination is excessive, the source must be identified and stopped immediately, as off-line chemical cleaning may be required to restore safe boiler operation.

DIRECTION FOR USE – PRODUCT DOSE

Initial Dose: 250 ml per ton of boiler water. Maintenance Dose: Adjust based on the level of contamination observed. Method: For optimum results, dose directly into the boiler via a by-pass pot feeder in the feed line. Alternatively, it can be added to the hotwell. Regular blow-down is essential to remove the coagulated material from the system.
