General Description
Portable foam fire extinguishers are multipurpose extinguishers suitable for Class A (solid materials) and Class B (flammable liquids) fires.
The foam extinguisher uses AFFF 3% (Aqueous Film Forming Foam), a mixture of perfluorinated and hydrocarbon surfactants. It forms a water film that spreads across the surface of burning fuel, suppressing vapor release and sealing the surface from oxygen. This enables effective fire extinguishing and prevents re-ignition.
Product Description
Cylinder Body:
The cylinder is made of low carbon steel, manufactured using deep drawing technology. The inner surface is coated with a plastic lining layer. The exterior is finished with red electrostatic powder coating.
Valve and Pressure Gauge:
Compliant with CE standards.
Discharge Hose:
Made of PVC, ensuring durability and excellent flexibility within the operating temperature range. Equipped with a complete foam discharge nozzle.
Extinguishing Agent:
AFFF foam agent combined with wetting additives, compliant with TCVN 7278-1:2003.
Propellant Gas:
Pure nitrogen (N₂) is filled directly into the extinguisher at design pressure. No bulky external cartridge, ensuring flexibility and ease of use.
Product Standard:
TCVN 7026:2013 (for complete fire extinguishers)
