Bien Dong Shipping Co., Ltd. (Bien Dong Company) is an enterprise that was transferred in its entirety from Vinashin to Vietnam National Shipping Lines (Vinalines) as of July 1, 2010. Bien Dong Shipping Company (now Bien Dong Shipping Co., Ltd.) was established according to Decision No. 645 QD/TCCB-LD dated March 1, 1995, by the Minister of Transport.
Currently, Bien Dong is one of the leading companies in Vietnam in the field of container shipping and refined oil shipping.
The average age of Bien Dong’s fleet is 10 years, consisting of 7 container ships with a capacity of approximately 5,000 TEUs and 2 double-hull oil tankers with a capacity of approximately 95,000 DWT. Bien Dong Company’s business activities include freight transport, services, repairs, and more.
