HAIVANSHIP was originally established as Hai Van Marine Services and Transport Co., Ltd. on November 3, 2005. Subsequently, on October 12, 2009, the company transitioned to a joint-stock company model as per the decision of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment, and was renamed Hai Van Marine Services and Transport Joint Stock Company. This marked a significant milestone indicating a robust transformation. Currently, in addition to markets such as Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, and Dong Nai, we are expanding our services to markets nationwide.
HAIVANSHIP currently owns and manages a fleet of tugboats with a total power exceeding 85,000HP, featuring a variety of vessels ranging from 4,000HP to 6,000HP. The fleet includes high-power vessels meeting international standards, equipped with Azimuth propellers and fire-fighting water systems (authorized by relevant agencies). Therefore, the company can meet diverse requirements for towing, fire-fighting, and rescue operations of shipowners and vehicles in the port areas of Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau, etc.
As one of the pioneers in providing towing and marine rescue services in the southern region, HAIVANSHIP’s tugboat fleet always adheres to the principles of Safety – Speed – Professionalism in all its operations.
