DESCRIPTION

BWT ONE SHOT is a multi-functional liquid compound specifically engineered for simplified boiler water maintenance. It integrates sequestering agents and mineral salts to provide a complete protective environment. This product is ideal for systems requiring a straightforward chemical regime without the need for multiple separate additives.

APPLICATIONS

Used primarily in low-pressure (LP) auxiliary boilers. It ensures that hardness minerals are kept in suspension and that metal surfaces remain passivated. Regular blow-down is a critical part of the application to ensure that the conditioned sludge and dissolved solids are effectively removed from the system.

DIRECTION FOR USE – DOSAGE GUIDE

Initial Dose: 1 liter per 1000 liters (1 ton) of untreated water. Maintenance: Adjust based on P-alkalinity results. If P-alkalinity is below 100 PPM, increase dose (see chart). If above 200 PPM, perform blow-down. Method: Dose via by-pass pot feeder in the feed line or directly into the hotwell. Use ALKALINITY CONTROL if P-alkalinity remains persistently low.
