Product Description
UNIFOAM 3 is a low-viscosity, fluorine-free concentrated firefighting foam designed to extinguish hydrocarbon-based fires and solid material fires.
UNIFOAM 3 is formulated from organic solvents, hydrocarbon surfactants, and other performance-enhancing additives. It does not contain any halogenated organic compounds. Both the foam concentrate and foam solution are readily biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
UNIFOAM 3 forms a foam blanket that separates oxygen from the fuel or fire zone, thereby effectively extinguishing fires.
UNIFOAM 3 is suitable for use with fresh water to extinguish Class B fires (hydrocarbon fuels). It is not suitable for fires involving polar solvents.
UNIFOAM 3 can also be used to extinguish Class A fires (solid materials) due to its excellent wetting properties.
The foam should be applied using low-, medium-, or high-expansion foam discharge equipment.

| 5 | Compatibility with Storage Materials |
UNIFOAM 3 is compatible with standard carbon steel and materials made from stainless steel (SUS 304, SUS 316) or copper alloys. Recommended materials also include aluminum and certain plastics (PE, PVC, PET). Avoid using UNIFOAM 3 with equipment or fittings made from zinc or galvanized materials, as corrosion may occur. |

| 6 | Shelf Life |
The shelf life of UNIFOAM 3 is 10–15 years, provided it is stored and handled according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Samples of the foam concentrate should be sent annually to the manufacturer or a certified laboratory for quality testing. |

If the product freezes during storage or transportation, thawing will fully restore its performance. It is recommended to stir well after thawing. |
