DESCRIPTION

LIQUIVAP is a specialized evaporator treatment designed for both high and low-pressure systems. It combines synthetic polymers with advanced anti-foaming agents to stabilize water chemistry and prevent the accumulation of scale. By controlling brine density and inhibiting scale, it ensures that heat transfer remains efficient and the resulting distillate remains pure and safe.

APPLICATIONS

Used primarily in marine and industrial evaporators to prevent foaming and carry-over. It is recommended to remove any existing scale with SAFE DESCALER or DESCALING LIQUID before starting the LIQUIVAP treatment. It is critical to monitor brine density, which should not exceed 1.5/32 (SG: 1.038), as scale formation increases rapidly beyond this point.

DIRECTION FOR USE – PRODUCT DOSE

Dilute LIQUIVAP in fresh water and feed continuously using a metering pump or dosing tank with a flowmeter. Dosage Rate: 25 ml per ton of distillate produced. For example, a 40-ton per day evaporator requires 1 liter of LIQUIVAP daily. Feeding must be continuous to maintain the required concentration in the evaporator shell.
