Marico 2024 Team Building: Moving forward together

Recently, the Marico family had the chance to escape to the sea, leaving behind the everyday stress and fatigue. Surrounded by the vast ocean, all worries seemed to melt away, leaving everyone with a deep sense of peace and relaxation.

The entire team from the Ho Chi Minh City office enjoyed a memorable trip to Long Hai. It wasn’t just a time for relaxation but also an opportunity to strengthen our bonds through exciting team-building activities. The challenges required coordination and teamwork, helping us understand one another better and growing stronger together.

The trip became even more special during the emotional Gala night. From bursts of laughter to moments of reflection, the evening was truly unforgettable. A particularly touching moment occurred when the stage lights suddenly dimmed, and dozens of flashlights from our colleagues lit up, creating a moving scene as we all joined together to sing happy birthday to our resilient captain, who has led the Marico journey with such strength.
