DESCRIPTION

UNIMARINE ACC is developed for safe, fast, and economical in-service cleaning of air handling systems in turbo-charged diesel engines. It removes airborne contaminants deposited on scavenger air trunks, air coolers, and inlet valves, keeping all surfaces clean and free of deposits while improving scavenging efficiency.

APPLICATIONS

Suitable for all types of diesel engines. It can be applied via immersion (5-12 hours), circulation (4-8 hours), or the preferred daily injection method while underway. It is also highly effective for cleaning fuel oil heaters and lube oil coolers by using a circulation pump with a large discharge volume.

DIRECTION FOR USE – PRODUCT DOSE

Daily Injection: Mix ACC with fresh water (1:3 ratio). Dosage by Engine H.P.: 6,000-12,000 HP: 1L ACC + 2L Water; 12,000-24,000 HP: 1.5L ACC + 3L Water; 24,000+ HP: 2L ACC + 4L Water. Inject into the air channel between turbo blower and cooler, followed by a second injection of fresh water only.
