DESCRIPTION

Ballast Tank Corrosion Inhibitor is a specialized blend of organic and inorganic inhibitors designed to provide long-term protection against corrosion. It works by forming a durable film on metal surfaces. Formulated to be environmentally responsible, it reduces pollution problems in the event of accidental discharge to sea.

APPLICATIONS

Used in ballast tanks, bilges, voids, cofferdams, and barges. It is especially recommended for systems where dissolved oxygen is present. The product remains effective even when air-agitation is used for mixing, ensuring comprehensive coverage and protection of all internal structures.

DIRECTION FOR USE – PRODUCT DOSAGE

Initial Dosage: 100ml per ton of water (provides 2 to 4ppm zinc). Refilling: Supplement with 50ml per ton each time the system is refilled. Method: Feed neat from the drum continuously during filling. If already full, distribute via air-agitation or pump circulation to ensure effective distribution.
