DESCRIPTION

CARBON REMOVER is a powerful solvent-based cleaner used undiluted for breaking down and separating residual combustion products and by-products from mineral oil distillation. It effectively removes carbon, resins, and varnishes without the need for manual scraping, ensuring components are cleaned thoroughly and safely.

APPLICATIONS

Suitable for cleaning burner tips, lube and fuel oil filters, oil coolers, fuel injectors, and various machine parts. It is also highly effective for cleaning heavy oil heaters and heat exchangers where dismantling is not possible or practical.

DIRECTION FOR USE – PRODUCT DOSE

Soaking: Submerge components in undiluted product for 2 to 10 hours. Use at ambient temperature or heat up to max 50°C for hard deposits. Circulation: For heaters and coolers, circulate undiluted for 4 to 10 hours. Always blow through with compressed air or steam prior to circulation to remove excessive loose deposits.
