DESCRIPTION

FILTER CLEAN is a powerful liquid cleaner designed for cleaning metal and ceramic oil filters. It is specifically formulated to remove partially carbonized oils and prevents the formation of coke-like deposits during the cleaning process.

APPLICATIONS

Used for cleaning metal and ceramic oil filters, as well as oil heaters using the re-circulation method. Regular cleaning with FILTER CLEAN maintains equipment efficiency and extends the life of components by preventing stubborn carbon buildup.

DIRECTION FOR USE – PRODUCT DOSE

FILTER CLEAN is used undiluted. The temperature of the cleaning solution should not be allowed to exceed 60°C. Filters and oil coolers can be cleaned by soaking in a bath of FILTER CLEAN or by re-circulating the product through the equipment with a circulation pump and tank connection. Cleaning time varies between 8 to 24 hours depending on the degree of contamination.
