DESCRIPTION

HYDRAZINE is a specialized liquid compound containing catalyzed hydrazine designed for the rapid removal of free oxygen. By chemically reacting with oxygen and converting rust into a stable magnetite film, it provides a high level of protection against corrosion without adding to the conductivity of the boiler water.

APPLICATIONS

Used in all types of boiler systems, especially high-pressure units. It is effective for continuous feed-water treatment, as well as for the long-term preservation of boilers during out-of-service periods. This passivation process ensures the integrity of heat transfer surfaces and condensate lines.

DIRECTION FOR USE – DOSAGE & CONTROL

Application: Add continuously via a dosing pump at the deaerator (HP systems) or into the feed line (LP systems). Initial Dose: 100 ml per ton of water for untreated systems. Daily Dosage: Generally 1 liter for every 10 tons of water capacity. Control: Maintain a level of 0.05 – 0.1 PPM. Monitor using the UNIMARINE BOILER WATER TEST SET.
