DESCRIPTION
RO-Osmo Clean-3 is a specialized blend of alkaline organic components designed for the effective cleaning of reverse osmosis (RO) and other membrane types. It targets a wide range of foulants that reduce system efficiency, normalized permeate flow, and water quality. Regular use prevents membrane degradation and avoids premature replacement costs.
APPLICATIONS
Used as an offline cleaner for reverse osmosis membranes. It is particularly suitable for systems suffering from mineral fouling or biofouling. This product is categorized as a “Membrane Cleaner” and must be thoroughly flushed from the system prior to returning to service, especially in systems producing drinking water.
DIRECTION FOR USE – FEEDING & DOSAGE
Solution: Create a 1–3% solution using chlorine-free water. Method: Soak for 2-3 hours, then circulate for 2-3 hours; repeat these steps over a 24-hour period. Adjust pH to 9.0–10.0 using diluted HCl or C.Soda for sulfate deposits. Flushing: Flush for 30 minutes until discharge water pH matches the inlet flushing water.
