Electrical equipment cleaner – UNICLEAN ELECTRO ENVIRO

1. Applications

UNICLEAN ELECTRO ENVIRO is designed for cleaning electrical components and precision parts. It can be applied by brushing or spraying onto surfaces, and is also suitable for immersion tank cleaning of components.

Its high flash point and odorless formulation ensure safe, user-friendly operation.

Properties:

• Appearance: Clear, odorless liquid

• Corrosivity: Compatible with most metals, synthetic materials, rubber, and hard plastics

• Specific Gravity: 0.8 at 20°C

• pH: Neutral (≈7)

• Flash Point: 63°C

2. Directions for Use

2.1 Immersion Cleaning

• Use undiluted in immersion tanks

• No heating required

• Soak parts for several hours, depending on contamination level

• Remove parts and rinse with high-pressure water

Note:
For components that must remain dry (e.g. electrical parts), do not rinse with water. Instead, clean with UNICLEAN ELECTRO ENVIRO and dry thoroughly using air to prevent fire risk or damage from residual solvent.

2.2 General Cleaning

• Apply undiluted to contaminated parts

• Thoroughly wet the surface

• Allow 5–60 minutes contact time, depending on contamination level

• Scrub if necessary, then rinse with water

Note:
For moisture-sensitive components (e.g. electrical parts), avoid water rinsing. Use the product only and ensure complete drying by air blowing.
