DESCRIPTION

ECOSPERSE PLUS provides complete protection against fouling from marine organisms and microorganisms in seawater cooling circuits. By forming a microscopic protective film, it inhibits corrosion and prevents the attachment of shellfish and algae. It also serves as a broad-spectrum biocide for fresh water cooling systems, particularly when contaminated by bacteria.

APPLICATIONS

Used in seawater cooling systems, sea chests, and fresh water cooling circuits. It is essential that systems are cleaned with DESCALING LIQUID or SAFE DESCALER before starting treatment if marine growth is already present. The product is compatible with NCLT COOLING WATER TREATMENT for enhanced protection in fresh water systems.

DIRECTION FOR USE – PRODUCT DOSE

Seawater Systems: Inject 3 PPM (0.3L per 100 tons/hr of flow) into sea chests for 1 hour every twond day. Increase frequency in harbors or prolific zones. Fresh Water Systems: Add 100 PPM (1L per 10 tons of water) weekly via the expansion tank to treat bacterial contamination and ensure system-wide circulation.
